 Advisory for Indian nationals for repatriation flight Lusaka - Mumbai

As part of the ongoing efforts of the High Commission to facilitate the repatriation of Indian nationals stranded in Zambia, the Mission proposes to coordinate a chartered flight from Lusaka to Mumbai on Wednesday, 22 July 2020 (tentative).

The flight details and ticket charges will be notified to registered passengers. Ticket price is likely to be in the same range as previous flights coordinated by the Mission.

Those interested in availing the repatriation flight are requested to register themselves with the High Commission of India by sending the following 03 documents to i tec.lusaka@gmail.com with copy to c om.lusaka@mea.gov.in:

• personal information data sheet in the prescribed format (attached excel sheet) to i tec.lusaka@gmail.com with copy to c om.lusaka@mea.gov.in .[document should be named as : Data/…… (name of person)– e.g. Data/Suresh]

• Undertaking relating to mandatory quarantine at destination (7 days institutional quarantine at own expense) in the specified format (attached). The Undertaking should also be scanned and sent to the High Commission while [document should be named as : Undertaking/…. (name)–e.g. Undertaking/Suresh]
• Passport copy. [document should be named as : Passport/….. (name – e.g. Passport/Suresh]

The format of the documents can also be obtained by writing to

 itec.lusaka@gmail.com. Those who have registered previously are requested to send their data again.

The last date for registration is 15 July 2020 (1700 hrs). Passengers will be required to purchase the ticket by 17 July from the designated agency.
