The High Commission of India provides Life Certificate attestation service to the applicants.
Documents required:
Duly-filled Miscellaneous Services Form (which can be downloaded from the High Commission’s website: www.hcizambia.gov.in). Forms are also available at the High Commission.
Passport (original and photocopy - first two pages, last page and first entry into Zambia).
NRC/Residence Permit (original and photocopy).
Two recent passport size photographs (see ‘photograph guidelines’).
The form without signatures of the applicant (to be signed in presence of Consular Officer/staff).
Fees: GRATIS
