Short Duration Technical Training Programmes in the Wind Turbines and Application Sector
Under the action plan of the 3rd India-Africa Forum Summit Meeting held in New Delhi, India, in October 2015, National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE), India, will be conducting a one month training programme on ‘Wind Turbine and Applications’ for African candidates for the academic year 2018-19 from 24th October 2019 to 21st November, 2019 in Chennai, India.

The prospective candidates are required to fill-in the Application Form and send the completed form to the High Commission of India, Lusaka by 31st July 2019. Specialized Programme on e-Governance Application Development
The Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) Noida (near New Delhi) is organizing a Specialized Programme on e-Governance Application Development (8 weeks) from 14 October 2019 to 6 December, 2019 for 30 participants from Africa under the IAFS III 'aid to Africa' program.
Eligible candidates are required to be between 25-45 yrs of age working in any Govt/para-statal organisation, be graduate with knowledge of any computer programming language with at least 5 years work experience. The Govt of India will provide for the full cost of participation including air fare, boarding/lodging etc.
