Delhi Technological University (DTU) a fully Government funded University with 78 years of tradition of excellence in Engineering & Technology education, research and innovations came into existence in the year 1941 and has catered to the needs of Indian and International industries for trained technical manpower with practical experience and sound theoretical knowledge.

The university is expanding its wings by opening direct admissions to foreign nationals besides admission through DASA (managed by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India), through ICCR Scholarship offered by Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and (very shortly opening) through EDCIL (Study in India), Government of India. Through this mail, we would like to invite meritorious students from various countries, to study and explore Science & Technology by indulging through research and innovations with us.

The unfilled seats of a particular specialization under M2, M3 and M4 categories shall be filled from waitlisted applicants of other modes for all UG and PG programs.

For PhD, the number of seats shall be decided by the department research committee (DRC) of the respective departments subjected to availability of slots with the supervisor in the specific area. However roughly five seats per thirteen departments are available (information available on Page 6 & Page 7 of Admission brochure)
